1. About Us

Tammo is an Egyptian leather goods brand based in Cairo, Egypt. We design and sell handcrafted leather bags through our online store at bytammo.com.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

3. Shipping

We ship within Egypt. Delivery times and fees are displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +20 109 127 1034 or email orders@bytammo.com.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours and dimensions accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of our products.
Product dimensions for the Ammie bag: 40 × 30 × 20 cm.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Tammo and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By tagging us on social media or submitting photos for our “Get the Look” feature, you grant Tammo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your content for marketing purposes on our website and social media channels. We will always credit you where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tammo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
