Returns & Refunds

• You may return unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +20 109 127 1034 or email orders@bytammo.com.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
• Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
